【Taipei, Taiwan】General manager Jie Der Chen of DER EE Electrical Instrument Corp., made the announcement of “Wireless Digital Clamp-On Multimeter”（WDCM for short）at Taitronics held in Taipei on Oct. 8th. Unlike the traditional testing instrument, the WDCM has the unique feature to make the measurement more convenient and riskless on human body. DER EE has been dedicating in development and improvement of panel meters, sophisticate testing instruments and related products for many years, which makes a remarkable upgrade of quality of meter in the global market. The WDCM is the main product of DER EE displaying in Taitronics 2009. Depart from the conventional clamp meter, the WDCM is equipped with a receiver which receives the measuring data transmitted from the clamp meter（transmitter）placed at remote position at site. The user can easily access the measuring data at 100 meters far from the site to prevent the potential risk during measurement operation. Hence, the receiver is able to detect and monitor the electricity at site if overload and generate audible alert timely to minimize the damage causing by operation and increase the level of safety. Additionally, the “Wireless Digital Clamp-On Multimeter” is designed with USB interface to connect with PC to process and analyze the measuring data to provide the cost-effective productivity that conventional clamp meter can't do. Eventually, to achieve the humanized technology.
